Hand-Painted Shirts

All items are made to order and typically fulfilled and shipped within three (3) weeks. Your patience is greatly appreciated, and you will be contacted if there are any delays.

Custom orders are fulfilled within approximately four (4) weeks.

Dye-Sublimated Shirts

We guarantee prompt shipment on all dye-sublimated shirt orders.

• If all items ordered are in stock, your order will ship within 48–72 hours.
• If an item is not in stock, please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery.
• If there is any issue affecting shipment, you will be contacted promptly.

Returns

Dye-Sublimated Shirts

Please contact claire@clairescreations.net within 14 days of receiving your order if a return or exchange is needed.

• Returned items must be unused.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
• Exchanges for a different size are available if the item is returned in original condition and packaging.
• Products must be returned to the mailing address listed on your invoice.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment. If an exchange is requested, your replacement order will be processed accordingly.

Hand-Painted & Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of these products, hand-painted shirts and custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
